Theo Morris is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over a decade of work in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, with a strong focus on knee injuries, ACL rehabilitation, and total knee replacement recovery. Since earning his Physiotherapy degree in 2008, Theo has continued to build his expertise through postgraduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy, enhancing his ability to help individuals recover from injuries and return to peak performance.
Throughout his career, Theo has worked with elite-level athletes, including serving as the lead physiotherapist for the Western Australian women’s netball team in the ANL and an Australian representative gym-sports squad. His experience extends internationally, working alongside top sports doctors, strength coaches, and specialists in exercise physiology, nutrition, and sports psychology to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation and performance programs.
Theo has developed a strong reputation for his work with knee injuries, particularly in ACL recovery, post-surgical rehab, and total knee replacement rehabilitation.
