- We saw a growing preference from our members for more personalised services and treatment, more choice, greater co-design, and shared decision-making.
- Our members wanted to become a partner in their own care (health & fitness). Through ownership of their current situation and accountability, translated to better outcomes and more effective services we could offer at Adaptive Physiotherapy & Massage
- Adaptive Physiotherapy & Massage was constantly looking for better ways to ensure our services and products are tailored to our member’s needs
- Adaptive Physiotherapy & Massage and our clients wanted a better way for our services to be organises and to break down artificial barriers within and between integrated services (eg between Physiotherapy, Personal Training, Exercise Physiology and Massage Therapy) They wants to be able to move seamlessly between one or the other to ensure they received the best care possible and best outcome.
- Everyone is different. Everyone comes to Adaptive Physiotherapy & Massage in different stages of their life. Different physical and social backgrounds. It is essential that Adaptive Physiotherapy & Massage understand these social determinants of ill health, bad movement quality, previous unhealthy habits and pain, in the correct context of that person.
