Priscilla Ho
Physiotherapist
Priscilla is a physiotherapist with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. With a background in competitive running and swimming, as well as experience working as a sports trainer with local football and soccer clubs, she understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of a well-planned approach to injury rehabilitation.
She works with athletes of all ages and levels, helping them recover from sporting injuries, rebuild strength, and return to training and competition with confidence. Her sports experience has given her practical insight into acute injury management, rehabilitation, and the challenges athletes can face when returning to performance.
Priscilla also treats a wide range of everyday musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee pain, muscle strains, and joint problems. Whether someone is trying to return to sport, get back into the gym, or simply move more comfortably in daily life, she takes the time to understand their individual goals and create a clear path forward.
Her approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, targeted exercise rehabilitation, movement retraining, and education. Rather than focusing only on short-term pain relief, Priscilla aims to address the factors contributing to the problem and help clients become stronger, more confident, and less likely to experience the same injury again.
Outside of the clinic, Priscilla enjoys training at the gym, swimming, spending time with friends, and exploring new cafés and restaurants.
